Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) has disclosed details of the deal to acquire the scooter rental service Urent (legal entity - YurentBike.ru LLC). In early 2024, MTS increased its stake in Urent from 11.77% to 80.58%, the amount of the deal was not reported at the time.
